The Juracîmes apartments are ideally located for hiking.
The GR9 trail passes right in front of the Juracîmes apartments, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stopover during your long hike.
The Col de la Faucille is the starting point for many other hikes, allowing you to discover the Jura ridges and their incredible flora and fauna. Without taking the car, you can reach the Jura peaks of Mont-Rond, Colomby de Gex, Reculet, and Crêt de la Neige.
-VTT
From May to September, the ski lifts are open on weekends in May, June, and September, and continuously from July to August, allowing visitors to enjoy downhill mountain biking at the Col de la Faucille bike park.
-Other activities at the Col de la Faucille
Right next to the apartments, you can also enjoy four-season sledding on one of Europe's largest slopes. There is also France's steepest zip line, which descends to the village of Mijoux—thrills guaranteed. You will also find a tree-top adventure course suitable for ages 3 and up, a mini-golf course, and a free children's playground with giant slides.
-Dans le Jura
The Jura region is known for its numerous waterfalls, lakes, and spruce forests. From the Juracîmes apartments, you can visit various tourist attractions such as:
-The Hérissons waterfalls
-The Belvédère des 4 Lacs viewpoint
-Lake Vouglans
-Lake Les Rousses and Lake Lamoura
In case of bad weather, you can go ice skating at the rink and enjoy the magnificent Polar Worlds Space Museum in Prémanon.
For lovers of fine food and cheese, we recommend a visit to the Fort des Rousses, which has been converted into a giant Comté cheese maturing cellar. With 230,000 wheels of cheese, each weighing 45 kg, undergoing the maturing process, it's a sight to behold.
You can also explore the beautiful villages of the Jura and enjoy the shops in Les Rousses, for example.

Why not explore Geneva, a historic and cultural city that is sure to surprise you as you wander through the old town or along its quays, where you can admire the water jet with Mont Blanc in the background?
Another gem in the region is the village of Gruyère, an ancient medieval town. We recommend trying a moitié-moitié fondue, and on the way you can discover Lausanne or Montreux, two beautiful towns on Lake Geneva.
